In this program, we will explore current and emerging immigration enforcement trends, the role of impact litigation and policy advocacy in shaping immigration law, and the importance of community-centered lawyering in responding to evolving legal and political challenges, and how they intertwine with professional responsibilities. Hasan will also discuss his profession, student activism, and approaches to maintaining attorney well-being in public interest practice.
